RingCX Textel

We primarily use them for outbound SMS via API. We do not do any 2-way conversational SMS with Textel. 

If you’re doing / needing to do anything outside of the above I’m not sure I can be of much assistance.

Hi!  Thanks for reaching out.  Are you using the Textel APIs or RingCentral?  I am having a very difficult time getting RingCentral Support for the Textel platform and I was curious if anyone else was having the same issue.  We are also using the Textel APIs but have not had an issue with them, just the webportal on RingCentral.

Any info would be appreciated.
