With this current outage is there any way/work around to forward all numbers to an outside cell phone number? 

I have looked through all the settings and called our former phone carrier to see if they could do anything. It doesn’t appear there is an option. They said the routing is stuck in their cloud. If you find out about any options, let me know!

Forwarding is not working. The line is just dead for incoming calls, does not forward at all.  Looking for another service to which to switch because we are missing customer calls due to this outage.  RC should have a redundant system so this does not happen.
