| What You Need To Do | Your RingCentral Solution | How It Works (The Friendly Version) |
| I need a quick, reliable, automatic response (like for an FAQ or after hours). | RingCentral Workflow Builder | Think of this as your "set it and forget it" tool! You create simple, rules-based automation. If a customer texts "HOURS," the Workflow Builder knows exactly what to reply with. It's perfect for auto-replies when the office is closed or for answering common questions—no complicated AI brain required! |
| I need help writing a text message that sounds professional and is on-point. | RingCentral Personal AI Assistant | This is your personal writing co-pilot! When you're typing a reply, the AI Assistant can jump in to help you draft an entire message or polish your existing text. It can change the tone, make it shorter, or even translate it, so you can send perfectly clear, human-sounding texts in seconds. |
| I need a full, back-and-forth conversation managed by AI (like a chatbot). | Third-Party Integration via the App Gallery | For a truly conversational AI Agent that can "understand" a complex question and carry on a natural back-and-forth dialogue, you'll need a specialized solution. Check out the RingCentral App Gallery! You can connect with advanced conversational AI/LLM platforms (like Floatbot) that can handle those more complex, customer service-style interactions over SMS. |
