How do I turn off the auto text message resolve function in my shared text message inbox? It is the worst thing I have ever encountered. Just because three days goes by, I could be waiting on a part or a schedule break or a subcontractor You resolve my conversations and hide them from my view.

Right now, that 3-day auto-resolve timer on RingEX Shared SMS is a hardcoded system setting, and there isn't an option in the app or Admin Portal to change or turn it off.
Since there isn't a setting for this yet, the best move is to submit a Feature Request on the RingCentral Ideas Portal. The product team actively monitors those posts, and getting a request submitted—or voting on an existing one—is the best way to help get a toggle or custom timer added in a future update.
