How to send a sms campaign

I have the sms registration complete and approved.  How do I send a message using the templates?

We are looking to send a bulk message to 45 of our employee cell phone numbers, regarding a plant closing. The sample message was submitted during our TCR registration

Since you are sending to 45 recipients, you can actually do this directly through the RingCentral App using the "Bulk Text" feature. This sends the message to each employee individually so they can't see each other's replies.

Important Note on Templates: Since your TCR registration is approved, please copy and paste your approved "Sample Message" into the text field. The carriers will be looking for that specific wording to ensure the message isn't flagged as spam.

A few quick tips for the send:

Ensure you uncheck "Create group text" so it sends as individual messages.
Make sure the numbers are entered as individual recipients.

Could you clarify your workflow for me?Volume: Are you looking to send individual messages to one person at a time, or are you planning a bulk "blast" to a large list of contacts?Template Source: Did you create these templates within the RingCentral App settings, or are you referring to the Sample Messages submitted during your TCR registration?
