Is there a way that I can view my employees outbound text messages to customers?

I believe you have to log in as them to do that. Alternately, you can use Archiver Beta to save to a choice of 3 online cloud backup services + SFTP -  text messages, voicemails, faxes and/or recordings. The result is crude and not as nice as in the portal, but you get around the 30/60 day retention limitation.
