SMS Issues

We are having issues with SMS messages. Many are failing or taking a significant amount of time to send. The outage says SMS is functional in the Americas. Anyone else having issues?

Ours is the same, if we send one text it sends 5 of them

same, text messages are failing or extremely delayed to send, some are visible as a preview but not in the conversation itself, one send 4 copies of one text.

its showing 5 duplicates sent but in reality none have actually gone through

That’s exactly what we’re seeing, it sends on our end but the person receiving it never sees anything. It’s also affecting our logging in Salesforce

Same and I hate that they don’t post anything about the issue. When I call support it says they’re experiencing technical difficulties. Poor communication.

Our messaging shows that the text message has been sent 4x, but in reality, it seems like only 2.
