Any ideas on what I am missing on my opt in form to get this:
Rejection Code 2132: Invalid Call To Action - The instructions provided for a customer to give SMS opt-in are not sufficient?
I have a place for customer name and mobile number. I have a check box agreeing to receive text at the mobile number provided. It also requires a signature. (along with consent for text messaging and opt out information, link to text privacy policy)
Does the customers name and mobile number need to be in the statement with the check box instead of referencing it above?
Any ideas are appreciated.
