We’re experiencing inconsistent SMS delivery and limited visibility into what’s actually happening with our messages. For those using RingCentral SMS in daily operations, how reliable has it been for you, and how are you ensuring messages are both successfully delivered and seen by your team? This has become a major issue for us since we rely heavily on texting to communicate with clients.

Is anyone else seeing major delays with SMS in RingCentral (messages sent at one time but not received for hours)? We’ve had cases where time-sensitive messages to parents were delayed by 2–3+ hours—how are you identifying root cause and preventing this?
