Bring Back the emailed Chat Message Preview

On the latest update, Missed Chat Messages still get emailed to us, but they no longer display a preview of what was contained in the chat message,

We relied on this to reply by email to the chatter.

We do not want to have to install ringcentral apps on our personal cell phones

This message preview helped us answer important messages when we were out of office or in meetings.
