Status notification
Is there a way to set a contact to give me a notification for when they come online if they are currently offline? In the Message window.

RingCentral does not have a built-in feature that allows you to set up a specific notification (like a pop-up alert or sound) when a contact who is currently offline changes their status to online. You would need to manually check their presence status in your contacts or message list.
