User is in a meeting that is on her Outlook calendar and wants calls to go to VM,When a user is in a meeting scheduled in Outlook(not a RingCentral meeting) all incoming calls need to go to voicemail. How can this be set

Users status on RC is in a meeting as she has one scheduled in Outlook but not through RC. She wants all of her calls to go directly to voicemail
