We are excited to announce an upcoming feature that brings new functionality to admins who manage usage of the Unified CRM extension within their company: global settings management.

With this new functionality, admins will have the power to set and manage settings across all users within their account. This means you'll be able to ensure the Unified CRM extension is configured consistently throughout your organization, simplifying the setup process for new users and maintaining a uniform experience.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Consistent Configurations: Ensure that all users have the same settings, minimizing discrepancies and optimizing compliance and performance.
  • Streamlined Onboarding: Simplify the onboarding process for new users by applying preset configurations, saving time and effort.
  • Centralized Management: Manage user settings in one place, making it easier to enforce company policies and adjust configurations as needed.

Any idea when this feature will launch? With the Tenfold integration’s EOL set as 12/31/2024, the ability to centrally enforce settings will be needed before that in order for the product to be an alternative option


@chrismorgan We expect this feature by mid-November. It is possible it could come out sooner, and yes, we acknowledge that a number of customers migrating away from Tenfold would benefit from this feature - some even depend upon it.
