Can Ring Central meetings support Snap Camera?

I just learned that Snap Camera applies Snapchat filters to video meetings. This would save me about 20-30 minutes a day putting on makeup. Seriously when I have 7 am remote meetings this would be a godsend. Can RC Meetings use it?

It's odd that it doesn't work, because Snap Camera just works as if it's a video source. So I get the feeling that they're explicitly blocking it.
