Join RC meeting via Cisco Room Kit

Hello, I'm trying to join Ring Central meetings with a Cisco Room Kit Plus using the room connector. After dialing into the connector, it prompts the user to enter the 9 digit meeting ID, however the meeting IDs are 10 digits. I'm sure we're missing something simple here, but surely I'm not the first to have this issue.
