Hi, I'm wondering if it's possible to have different license levels on an account. Some of our users, for example, would only need the Essentials level, the majority would be Standard, and we'd want some of our C-Suite and power users using Premium or Ultra. Is this possible?

Agreed. The one-size fits all has never worked. My previous provider had this per seat level pricing. Sometimes the grass does not seem greener.
