I have been receiving emails from RingCentral, stating that "Your meeting attendees are waiting",, for the same meeting, after the meeting is over. It has been three days and I keep receiving the same emails, over and over again.

How do I stop the emails?

Are you still getting this? This sometimes happens due to network issue when mail doesn't reach your mailbox on time and you get it even after it ends.

However as you mentioned it is 3 days passed, can you please open a case here and report for further investigation
