I've had a couple of end users who have an issue with the Ring Central Meetings app where it just doesn't see the computer mic. The mic is selected as input and is working in other things but Meetings isn't producing any sound even though the mic is selected

Nick, can you indicate what kind of computers your end users are on?
THanks for your response Becky. We figured it out. It needed to be allowed in the Privacy settings (they are on Macs).
