Can not share my screen; running MacOS Catalina, v10.15.1. R/C version is 7.0.151508.0712. Is there a fix?

Hi @Marc,

Have you tried giving RingCentral the screensharing permissions? Catalina has introduced a new permission that users need to provide before screensharing. 

Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Screen Recording, and then check the box next to RingCentral
