Ring Central Screen Share will not display your screen with MacOS Catalina

Have you tried giving RingCentral the screensharing permissions? Catalina has introduced a new permission that users need to provide before screensharing. 

Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Screen Recording, and then check the box next to RingCentral
