I checked with RingCentral support and discovered RingCentral -- on the unified platform -- has no way to save the chat transcript. This is a feature available in Zoom. There is an ellipsis next to the chat window that, when clicked, has a Save Chat option. Please add this to the RingCentral Video meetings.

This is a good idea, we currently don't have an option for saving chat. I will share this with our Product Team.
