RingCentral Video / Unable to use webcam during a meeting of RingCentral Video on Amazon WorkSpaces

I'm not able to use webcam during a meeting of RingCentral Video on Amazon WorkSpaces.

If I switch Video Service to RingCentral Meeting, webcam works correctly.

After switch back Video Service to RingCentral Video, webcam does not work..

Of course, I am able to use webcam during a meeting of RingCentral Video on Windows PC instead of Amzon WorkSpaces.

Please help how to fix this issue.

RingCentral technical support called to answer that RC's webcam (Video) feature is not yet available on Amazon WorkSpaces.
