Automation: Chat messages auto reply

Hi I am trying to make an autoreply to any chat messages not SMS (we do not have that capability), I get of any kind while I am out on vacation. I have tried to create an automation and it doesn’t seem to be working. Can anyone help me?

We don’t have SMS capability so that option is greyed out for me. Any other ideas?

My office hours are set up 8-5:30. It’s 5pm - why am i getting out of office autoreply. The time zone is set correctly

@boris-2 I think we will need to investigate this more closely. Are you using Automator or the new Workflow Builder? I want to see if I can connect you with someone to help troubleshoot.
