Does Workflow Builder have a sandbox?

​@ed.gaunce Workflow Builder does not have a dedicated sandbox. To test Workflow Builder workflows safely and effectively, you have a few good options:

• Create a dedicated extension for testing. This keeps test workflows isolated from production.

• Use simulation mode. This lets you run the workflow without executing any actions—perfect for checking logic and behavior without side effects.

• For larger or more conservative teams, consider a separate RingCentral account for testing.

Once testing is complete, you can copy the workflow to another extension or export/import it to the target account.
