How can I make a workflow initiate a phone call from an SMS?

I’m trying to use RingCentral Automator to listen for a text message then generate a phone call based on that text message.

Can Automator generate/initiate a phone call? Or, can Automator only connect two calls?

Hi @JohnUser1 When you are using workflow by flow editor, you can add a “Create a RingOut call” action to generate a call.
