How to send SMS after recipient doesn't pick up the phone?

Having a bit of difficulty setting up automations. Here’s what I’m trying to do:

  1. As a bare minimum, I’d like to be able to send a pre-written SMS to a customer when I call them and they don’t pick up.
  2. Ideally, this SMS would be sent after I call them twice and they don’t answer the second time, but if this is not possible no problem.

How do I implement this?

@gkingsley This is a great use case, but not one Workflow Builder can accomplish right now. At least not exactly. Perhaps you could trigger off of the duration of the phone call. This is not a perfect solution mind you, but you might be able to safely assume that if the call was less then 20 seconds that perhaps they didn’t answer?

I just don’t think our events contain information like, “user did not answer.”

Also, if you get their voicemail, does that count as “not answering?”
