Old automation in Automator cannot be disabled post-migration

I had an “After Hours SMS” automation enabled the night of the transfer to the new “Workflows”. Now I am unable to disable that original automation nor can I delete it being that it is still “Enabled” Any advice on how to turn this off?

@tglisson Are you have difficulty disabling the automation in Automator, or the workflow in Workflow Builder?

If the automation was migrated successfully, it should have been disabled for you in Automator. At least the automation was migrated to WFB, even if the automation still shows as enabled. Are you getting duplicated SMS messages sent?

But if you are having difficulty in Workflow Builder that will require a different solution.

@tglisson The team is investigating and will resolve the problem as soon as they can.

I’m having the same issue, have a case number open for over 24 hours.  I had an employee go out on FML, disabled her messages in workflow and she’s still getting them because workflow didn’t change it in the automation manager.  I’ve been on the phone with RC over 3 hours in a 24 hour period… I’ve had to explain the issue to 2 different representatives now and I’m not sure they fully even understood the problem as well as I did.

I, too, have this problem with a workflow in Automator that can’t be disabled, even through the new workflow process

I am on my third “support analyst” they continue to state, “Automations have moved to the new Workflow Builder” while not understanding that the Automator app cannot be disabled nor have they pre existing automations migrated.

@tglisson The team worked to deploy a patch last night. There was an error during migration that prevented some automations from properly being disabled. The patch went back and cacneled the event subscriptions associated with migrated accounts. This appears to have fixed the problem. There should be no need to use Automator anymore once you have been migrated.

We are terribly sorry for the disruption this caused.
