We keep getting the error when trying to run this automation. It occurs when a voicemail is left but there is not speech found. How can we get around this? We still want the data to get posted even if there isnt a transription.

Hi @awends86 the error happened when the voicemail is too short or no speech in the voicemail.
Automator doesn’t support to continue when the node is error. You can setup two automations, one for posting new voicemail notification. One for sending transcription if transcription existing.

And you can also migrate to new Workflow Builder app, it handle transcription without the Transcribe node. So it can help to catch the error.
