using AI or API to collect offline phone data

Question

I have to go into the admin portal every morning to see if my emergency phones are online. I’d like to have a daily report created that is emailed to me every morning so I can see this info. New to AI and APIs, just need a little guidance. I have looked at Workflow Builder but not exactly sure.

​@novakamI don’t think Workflow Builder is the right tool in this moment. Later this year when WFB’s core capabilities will be greater expanded I expect that to change, but right now, it is too limited.We have recently released a number of MCP servers though that could be helpful. Have you see our MCP server site?https://mcp.labs.ringcentral.com/docs/We have a ChatGPT plugin in their marketplace, but the tools and server you might need for this use case could be in a server that is not yet publicly listed - so you may need to “side-load” it. Look at the website for instructions.
