Add More Options For Call Queue Order

For my call queue, I have 5 people.

I would like the same person to always be rung first, with the rest of the members being on a rotation of longest idle first.

You're looking for a call queue setup where a specific person always rings first, followed by the rest of the team using "Longest Idle."

Unfortunately, RingCentral's standard Call Queue routing doesn't combine "Fixed Order" for one agent with "Longest Idle" for the others.

  • You can set the queue to "Fixed Order" and place that specific agent at the top, but the others will follow your set fixed order, not "Longest Idle."

  • "Longest Idle" applies to all agents in the queue equally.
