When in the Admin Portal/Call Log/Detailed view the phone number search box does not do anything. How is is supposed to work?

Ah, didn't think of clicking Show again. Thank you! 
I am trying to delete a voicemail recording of a former employee's extension. Any suggestions? Support keeps on hold for hours and hangsup!
Enter the number you are searching for, then click the Show button on the upper right.
