Where can I find Ring Centrals International Calling Rates plan

Hi @jack-magee,

You can view RingCentral’s International Calling Rates by visiting the link below:

🌐 RingCentral International Calling Rates

This page includes a full list of rates by country and dialing prefix, along with helpful tips on managing international calling settings in your account.

How do I enable this option? What do I need to activate it? What are the rental terms? Is the service ordered for a year? Or monthly? This refers to an international package.

Hi @Sergio_XVII ,

Enabling the feature is simple and only requires administrator access to your RingCentral account.

Steps for the Administrator:

  1. Log in to your RingCentral online account.

  2. Go to the Admin Portal.

  3. Navigate to Billing.

  4. Select Calling Rates.

  5. Go to Outbound Rates.

  6. You will find a toggle bar there, and simply Enable International Calling.

A Quick Tip on Governance: Once this is done, we highly recommend that the administrator immediately checks the user-specific settings to turn off international calling for any employee who doesn't need it. Since these calls are usage-based, this is the best way to control costs.

2. What Do You Need to Activate It?

The single most important requirement isn't just enabling the switch. It's having the money ready for usage. RingCentral's international service operates on a prepaid credit system.

You need to purchase a Calling Credits Package to ensure that calls can actually connect. Without these credits, the system will not allow outbound international dialing, even if the feature is enabled.

  • Auto-Purchase: Don't worry about constantly checking the balance! By default, RingCentral sets up an Auto-Purchase feature. When your credits run low, the system automatically buys a preset amount (typically $20.00 or $100.00) to prevent any interruptions to your service.

  • Credit Rollover: These prepaid credits are flexible. Any purchased funds roll over month-to-month for up to 12 months before they expire, giving you a good buffer for fluctuating usage.

For detailed steps on setting up or adjusting these prepaid credit packages, you should refer to the RingCentral Knowledge Base article: “Purchase an International Calling Credit Bundle.”

I hope this helps! 😊

Why, when I select a service for $300 in my shopping cart (International Calling Credits Bundles), is the price listed as $3,000?
If I need the service for one month (to study and test it), can I cancel this service after a few months?
After payment, the amount for the entire year, $3,000, is deducted?

Hi @Sergio_XVII, just to clarify things, I recommend reaching out to your Account Manager. Feel free to send me a DM, and I’ll help connect you with them for further assistance. 😊
