I would like to log different informtion for Sales vs Customer Service calls in the Ring Central for Salesforce app. I have created the two Softphone Layouts. I navigate to the apex/AdminUI url to customize the fields. I don't see how I can change Log Customization by Softphone Layout.

Hi @Michelle Barden. I followed up with our integrations PM and was advised that yes the softphone layout that can be changed per profile as defined in the Softphone layout assignment is customized to enable screen pop.

If the expectation is to see different fields in the CTI for call logging, that cannot be customized per profile unfortunately.
