Can we assign CNAM to individual users direct number? When they calling out beside showing their Caller ID Phone number to show heir personal name.

Wait - we want this too! We have 50 numbers with generic names assigned to them, like "CHICAGO, IL", instead of company name or better yet, Individual names. Seems like, all we have to do is open a ticket, and it would be taken care of. Why not allow us to set caller ID names on RingCentral admin portal? Thank you!
