cannot access administrative settings on phone

I am trying to access the Administrative Settings on the Advanced Menu but it does not appear. Why? The phone is a Polycom VVX-601 purchased through RingCentral

Hi Rick,

The phone is locked with RingCentral and it has a unique admin password. Please reach out to Technical Support regarding this.
