When I try to submit a case, on the last step a pop-up with the following error message appears:

 

This error appear both in Firefox and Chromium. I do not know if it is relevant, but the developer console shows a form submission error. The first is in Firefox, the second in Chromium:

Update to the issue: I have tried again yesterday to submit a case, but now I cannot get passed the second step. When I click on the button “Next” in the screenshot below, nothing ever happens. This occurs both with Firefox and Chromium.
