Hi I have a user that recently married.  I went in the Admin Portal under manage user and change her name and email there.  She has two messages on her phone that she cannot access.  How can I make those available for her?

To help us assist you more accurately, could you please confirm if you’re referring to SMS messages or messaging within the RingCentral app?

Voicemail messages!

Please try these steps:
 

  • Ask her to log in to the RingCentral Service Web Portal using her new email address.

  • Navigate to Messages > Voicemail.

  • If the messages are here, she can listen to them or download them as .wav files immediately. If they aren't here, they may have been accidentally deleted during the name change process (check the Deleted folder).
