As an Administrator, you can do this for each user individually or use a template if you have many users.
Option 1: Update Individual Users (Best for 3 lines)
If you only have three numbers to change, this is the most direct method:
-
Log in to your RingCentral Admin Portal.
-
Go to the Users tab and select Users with Extensions.
-
Click on the Name of the user you want to edit.
-
Navigate to the Outbound Calls/Faxes tab on the left menu.
-
Click Caller ID.
-
In the By Phone section, you will see a list of devices (e.g., RingCentral App, Desk Phone). Click Edit or Set Caller ID for all phones.
-
Select your Main Company Number from the list of available numbers.
-
Click Done and then Save at the bottom.
-
Repeat these steps for the other two phone numbers.
