As an Administrator, you can do this for each user individually or use a template if you have many users.

Option 1: Update Individual Users (Best for 3 lines)

If you only have three numbers to change, this is the most direct method:

  1. Log in to your RingCentral Admin Portal.

  2. Go to the Users tab and select Users with Extensions.

  3. Click on the Name of the user you want to edit.

  4. Navigate to the Outbound Calls/Faxes tab on the left menu.

  5. Click Caller ID.

  6. In the By Phone section, you will see a list of devices (e.g., RingCentral App, Desk Phone). Click Edit or Set Caller ID for all phones.

  7. Select your Main Company Number from the list of available numbers.

  8. Click Done and then Save at the bottom.

    • Repeat these steps for the other two phone numbers.
