Disabling The Press 1 To Accept The Call

When I get a call through the Call Queue, I get a recording that tells me to Press 1 to Accept the Queue Call. How do I disable this feature? It is annoying and unnecessary. It is especially problematic if I am taking calls while driving.

Hi @Margaret Nilson,

Currently, there’s no option in the settings to change this, as it’s the normal behavior when calls are answered on non-RingCentral devices or the mobile app.
