All extra numbers over the numbers that come with the plan, are $4.99 (CAN) per mth per number for Voice or Fax.  For numbers receiving more than 10 calls to a device, the number charge goes up to $49.99 per mth.  For faxes that are just being received by email, through an app, or through an API, just the $4.99 line cost is required.

The "unlimited" reference for the plan is indicating unlimited minutes on each of the numbers, not unlimited numbers.
