Hi RingCentral Community,
I created a RingCentral account via the mobile app, but I did not link a phone number and did not activate the phone system. I do not have admin portal access, and I cannot see any “Close Account” option in settings.
I tried submitting a support request, but I get an error: "Case not submitted." I also tried email and chat support, but no response so far.
Please help me delete my account associated with this email: /Your Email Here]
This account is not in use and I want to permanently remove it along with any associated data.
