How can I upload a new or updated company greeting file?

I uploaded a company greeting we recorded; however, we realized there was a slight change needed. When I try to upload the new greeting there is no option available for me to do it. PLEASE HELP!!

You need to click the red record icon and it should give you options on how you would like to record it. See screenshot below.
