Where can I listen to call recordings on incoming calls taken by different employees.
Can I download the call?
I can see the calls in my admin page but can not download or listen to the call if I didn’t make the call.

The user who took the call does not have the feature to listen to recordings.

I got hold of support and they let me know we have an error in that our calls to some extensions were not recording, the reason I can’t play them back. The system is set up properly to record.

They are looking into it on the back end.
