How to transfer an existing Ring Central account to a new business owner?

I have purchased a business that uses Ring Central. How do I transfer that account to my account?

- Contact RC Sales (or Customer Support) for account Migration > Sales will escalate internally.
- Account migration = 1 account with all or a portion of it's users and phone system settings gets added to another account.
