India based RingCentral users on our UK account

We are based in the UK with RingCentral. Can we set up users on the UK RingCentral account that are based in our Indian office? Are these users then able to make calls into the UK PSTN, or any other countries PSTN.

Yes, they can use the RingCentral app with a UK number assigned and turn on International Calling to call other countries. Make sure to have a stable internet connection for better call quality.
