I'm upgrading our current desk phone to a new model I ordered through RingCentral. The current phone we have now says "Pending Replacement". I'm currently remote so can't check functionality of the original phone. Will the phone we have in the office now remain functioning as it was until we get the new phone we ordered?

Hello @Dan Burdi, the order you made is a replacement for a new phone. Yes, it will still be functional until the day that you receive a new phone. If you wish to have a new phone instead of replacing it, please create a case HERE and our tech support will be able to get in touch with our shipping department.
