Is there a limit to how many IVR 
Is there a limit to how many Calling Groups 
Do both above require licenses? 

NOTE: These groups will not need a Direct # are they are internal use only?

As long as your RingCentral license allows for them, you should be good.

We have many IVR’s - both stand alone, and levels and there’s been no issue.

*** BIG NOTE - you want to start your account as a MULTI site, not Single - this will make branching out IVR’s/ Groups/ Queues much easier.  The reason behind this is that is you start as a Single site, and later want to move to Mutli - your setetings (most) are wiped out.

As far as licenses - the devices / users need the end licenses for faxing, calls, etc.
