I’ve registered my Mitel 6920 phone and the status shows registered.  On the ring central portal the phone shows Online.  However I’m unable to make or receive phone calls.  What am I missing??

looks like you had to use manual provisioning instead of auto-provisioning. (Rev D11)
Did you use Outbound Proxy Port 5096 or 5090 (in other words did you use TLS or UDP transport protocol?)

If you used TLS (port 5096) then you should also enable Secure RTP and probably Secure RTP Auth- both of these.

If this doesn’t help I am out of ideas, and can recommend that you reach out to support and provide them logs

Brilliant.  All the points awarded!

Basically, all I did was to keep the Mitel using UDP, (default setting), and continued to use port 5090 and the only think I changed was to select the “No” option for TLS, and click the done button and voila! I can make calls!

Thanks so much,

Carl
