I have had my port out request for some of my numbers rejected twice with no follow up.  I have emailed the NTP helpdesk twice for support and received no assistance.

I require urgent assistance as 6/10 of our numbers are scheduled to port next week and these 4 (including our main number) repeatedly fail for real reason.

I will be contacting the CRTC through the CCTS as well if I dont get a very quick response.
