Does anyone else have an issue with the presence feature either not working or showing delayed results? I blamed our firewall for year, but since lockdown we hace all been working from home with standard home grade routers and it's just as bad. Either not displaying people on the phone at all or there is a lag. It's really annoying when everyone is working from home and we have no visability of their status.

It is a consistent problem noticed on all our different RC site's telephone devices where each site has solid business networking infrastructure. By the way, having used VOIP from multiple providers over a decade plus I have never seen consistent BLF or presence.
Apparently it's because we have a hunt group for our calls, the presence only works with outbound calls or internal calls, not incoming hunt groups. What a stupid design.....i would image this is the same for most users.
