Hi there,

I have exactly followed the guide and provisioned my existing Polycom IP335 desk phone (I bought this phone from Ringcentral a long time ago and deactivated for a while). I think I did everything correctly. However, after rebooting the desk phone, it says "network link is down". My admin portal still shows the phone is off line. Why? Does anyone experience this before?Pls help. Thanks
